This video looks at all the trades you can study in the Northern Territory, the top end of Australia. There are so many interesting programs available to study that have some very specialised migration pathways. Similar to Tasmania if you’ve seen our previous video on that.
If you are looking for a solid migration pathway or looking for something that’s just a bit outside the norm, then contact the team here at Pathway to Aus for more information.
DIFFERENT TRADE OPTIONS
The first trade option available is electro-technology. Electro-technology is a certificate III course that teaches you the skills of an electrician. This course is one of the most popular options for international students but can be tricky as the licensing requirements are different from every state. If this is the type of course you are looking to do or the type of career you want to achieve, we highly recommend speaking to the team at Pathway To Aus to discuss the licensing requirements and further information needed. This course runs over two years and costs about $13,000 per year.
The next options is instrumentation and control. This is a fairly new trade that is focused around the electrical sector. This course is delivered over a standalone Cert III for two years and costs around $12,000 per year. For further qualification, you can also add diploma onto this course which is only offered in the Northern Territory.
These are the only trade programs currently offered in the Northern Territory but more programs are opening up in the next coming year. Although this video focuses solely on trades, there are other study options available in the Northern Territory such as age care and community service. If you want find out more about these courses or want to speak to the team at Pathway To Aus and explore your options, please never hesitate to contact the team by phone, Facebook, email, or the website. Thanks.
