DIFFERENT TRADE COURSE OPTIONS
The first option available is carpentry. The carpentry program in WA is delivered over a standalone Cert III and has a duration of two year, costing around $12,000 per year. The next option is brick and block laying. Brick and block laying is only available in a handful of locations in Australia, Perth being one of them. It is a great program with a huge amount of job opportunity and earning potential. This course is delivered over a two year duration and starts from about $14,000 per year.
The next trade course is light vehicle mechanic, which is a really popular program. This course is delivered in a package over a Cert III in light vehicle mechanical technology followed by a Cert IV in automotive diagnosis. This course has a two year duration and it’s going to set you’re back about $12,000 per year.
The final trade option discussed is the telecommunications and network engineering program. Like a lot of other areas in Australia who are offering this program, this course is an advanced diploma of telecommunication network engineering. It’s delivered over a two year program and costs about $10,000 per year. This is a very new trade with a lot of job opportunities, a lot of earning potential.
