1. Academic Background

  • Most universities require a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field with a minimum GPA usually around 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Some institutions also may specify the need for specific coursework such as design studio, architectural history, and building technology.

2. Portfolio

  • A strong design portfolio is crucial that demonstrate a range of projects, from conceptual design to detailed construction drawings. It should showcase your design skills, creativity, and ability to articulate your design concepts. Your portfolio should also illustrate your design process, including research, analysis, and problem-solving.

3. English Language Proficiency:

      – you are enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS), a course registered to be delivered in a language other than English, or a registered post-graduate research course
      – you have completed at least 5 years of study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland.
